Surviving & Thriving through the Pandemic
This is a free event! Please be sure to thank our May Event sponsor - Bangor Wholesale Laminates.
The world of construction has been non-stop throughout the Pandemic and we are all busier than ever!
Betty McCue-Herlihy will speak about a number of things we may be experiencing, not realizing they are a product of the stressors from our work loads and the added aspect of the Pandemic.
This is a casual talk on zoom. Just listening to Betty speak, you may find you are one of the many experiencing the same feelings and reactions to all that we are going through. She will provide tips and resources for self-care, how to identify in yourself mental health issues, and how and where to reach out for help.
This is open to anyone - feel free to share the sign up link.
We will offer her services for two sessions on May 4th. Be sure you register for the time you would like to attend as they will have different zoom links.
