Why are NKBA Specialty Badges Important for your profile?

Specialty Badges are the NKBA’s latest concept in professional development. This new micro-credentialing program is a form of personalized learning that recognizes and displays the acquired knowledge of our members across all segments of the kitchen and bath industry. It affords our members the ability to stay current with the latest information in this ever-changing industry.

 

 

Jeanine Yancy added the Cabinetry Badge to her credentials. She is a Designer and Sales Specialist at KSI Kitchen & Bath – Brighton in Brighton, Mich. with 14 years of experience. Yancy’s skills include retail, B2B sales, customer service and project management. Learn more about her here.

 

Erika Altenhofen earned her Cabinetry Badge. She is a Design Consultant at Neil Kelly Company in Portland, Ore. She earned her Interior Design degree from Oregon State University in 2012, and she loves creating spaces that are beautiful and functional. Learn more about her here.

 

Kendal Cavalieri, AKBD, earned her Remodeling Badge. She is the owner of Kendal Cavalieri Design in Lancaster, N.Y., and she has a unique appreciation for all design styles. Cavalieri was in the Navy for seven years, and she earned both her B.S. in Political Science and her M.B.A. in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College during her time.
