Director of Trend & Design for MSI, Emily Holle travels the globe tracking trends spotting the latest a greatest in hard surface materials. She has over 15 years of experience in the home interiors industry including, showroom design, visual merchandising, product development, social media strategy, and marketing communications. She has experience working in the mass marketplace as well as small boutique showrooms.

In her current role she has responsibility for the overall look and feel of the brand in all avenues including the print and digital media presence, showroom experience, and product presentation and development.
Her wide array of experience in designing products from tile mosaics to pottery and rugs gives her an understanding of the marketplace, the importance of color, and ultimate goal of making the customer proud of their final project. Emily finds much of her inspiration from her travels and study of textiles. Her strong background in textile design and love of ancient handmade techniques continues to influence her
personal style and design aesthetic.

She spends much of her work time musing on her next design while creating product collages and mood
boards. Emily has a unique ability to translate high design into products that are salable and in high demand. She is able to articulate to clients what are the go-to items for their showrooms making them best in class from a product perspective and is instrumental in educating them on Top Trends.
