NKBA, in partnership with NW Natural, is excited to announce an evening with Madison Freedle with Middleby Residential and Alex Granado, the West Coast Lynx grill representative, on July 20th at the NW Natural Appliance Center.

"Outdoor Kitchens: Making Beautiful and Functional"

Outdoor cooking has come a long way in recent years, from simple stone or brick “grills” to luxury outdoor kitchens that allow families to entertain and cook with the comfort and convenience of the indoor kitchen. This course discusses the fundamental design and planning strategies for outdoor kitchens, environmental and construction considerations, and an overview of the outdoor kitchen products available on the market today. 1 hour .01 CEU Credit IDCEC certified.

With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality field on the Las Vegas Strip, Madison brings expertise in entertainment, public relations, and traditional and digital marketing to Middleby Residential. Madison joined Middleby Residential Designer Services team in the fall of 2020 where her previous experience curating events and cultivating relationships directly translates to working with designers and specifiers to promote and build brand loyalty to the Middleby Residential Portfolio. Madison also serves as the Programs Chair for her NKBA Chapter in Las Vegas.

Activities:

• Alex Granado will be demonstrating the grills while providing abundant food and expert advice – he has 17 years in the appliance industry with 7 years as the Oregon & Washington representative for Lynx.
• NW Natural Appliance Center will provide refreshing beverage.
• There will be some wonderful raffle prizes including;

• Miele will provide affogatos on their Miele Coffee machines 
• Lynx will be providing a raffle for a trip to their Dallas Showroom for more in depth designer training as well as a set of steak knives and other accessories for door prizes.
