Registration is now open and early registration fees are until Friday, January 11th. Registration closes on Sunday, January 13th, at 5pm.

6:30-7:00 pm: Presentation by Chef Leo Spizzirri
7:00-8:00pm: Buffet Dinner and Different Styles Pizza and Salad
ABOUT NAPCA AND CHEF SPIZZIRRI
The Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli is the oldest and most prestigious pizza school located in Italy. The North American Pizza and Culinary Academy is the the 2nd official pizza school in the USA located just outside Chicago in Lisle, IL. It is led by Master Instructor and member of the World Pizza Team, Leo Spizzirri. Currently there are only 20 pizza schools worldwide. The scuola certifies pizza chefs from all over the world with about 100 masters in the world.
