We have space for 30 members to travel to Miami for this event. We will depart Orlando on Brightine midday Wednesday and arrive at the BSH showroom for an afternoon of learning and cooling with Chef Stella. BSH is providing, transportation and lodging for the trip. We will return the showroom Thursday morning to complete our immersive learning experience before heading back to Orlando on Brightline. We will be taking a van load of members from Tampa to meet the Orlando members at the train. We plan to offer 15 spaces to Tampa and 15  to Orlando. You will see an Eventbrite sign-up email with more detailed information sent out closer to the date of the trip.

Chef Stella Giraldella grew up in a Brazilian family where she learned at an early age that quality food was an essential ingredient to good living.  A graduate of FIU in Culinary Management, Stella is also a dietician, and showcases the inherent values of food preservation and preparation as health and happiness healers.
