Founder and editor of DesignersCircleHq.com, an online magazine for the Southwest design community, Nancy Hugo, CKD, CLIPP, has over 30 years of experience in designing and construction consulting. Hugo has been a Certified Kitchen Designer for the last 29 years, earning the designation from the National Kitchen & Bath Association, and has spent 30 years designing functional and aesthetic kitchens, baths and whole-house remodels.
Hugo has hosted a weekly talk show, “Designing with Nancy,” on KKBT 960 am radio, and has written a featured column of the same name for American Builder magazine and BuilderNews. She currently publishes a weekly podcast titled “Home Design Chat with Nancy,” which can be found on all the major podcast platforms.
Active in the design community, Hugo is a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association and has served as a past president and various other positions for its Arizona Chapter.
In addition, Hugo served as president of the local chapter of the International Surface Fabricators Association, and past advisory board member of American Builder magazine.
Her designs have appeared in a range of publications, including Phoenix Home & Garden and BuilderNews magazine. She also earned First Place Award honors in the National Kitchen Design Contest sponsored by Sharp Electronics.
