Following the recent announcement of its 2023 Board of Directors, the NKBA is pleased to announce the members of its additional national volunteer committees – the Chapter Leadership Committee (CLC), Leadership Recruitment Committee (LRC), and KBIS Exhibitor Committee (KEC). Volunteer committee members each serve 3-year terms with the 2023 terms commencing on January 1, 2023.
CLC Members Updates
The newest member for the Chapter Leadership Committee is Julie Schuster, Principal for Julie Schuster Design Studio, New York, NY. She will be replacing Toni Sabatino, the Owner & Principal Designer for Toni Sabatino Style, Northport, NY.
Continuing CLC members include Ellen Lopez, Founder & Creative Director for El Design Studio, Hicksville, NY; Nancy Young, Owner and Principal Designer for Nancy Young Designs, Montgomery, AL; Nichole Cooper, Showroom Director for Middleby Residential, Irvine, CA; and Sandee Mann, Sales Executive — Western Canada Showroom for Kohler Canada, Woodbride, ON.
LRC Members Updates
The newest member for the Leadership Recruitment Committee is Basil Larkin, Senior VP of Sales for Hestan Commercial Corporation, Anaheim, CA. Larkin, who recently finished his 4-year tenure on the Board (including being the 2022 Chair), will continue volunteering with the Association on the LRC, replacing Steve Petock, Retired Senior Vice President and Business Developer for Ferguson Enterprises, Newport News, VA.
