It is based on the data prepared by the Dein Konfigurator, individually tailored to the manufacturers and their corporate identity. The Digital Sales Manual also displays sales and product features, like new products and USPs. Thanks to the diverse configuration options and intuitive operating system, things such as cabinets, components, accessories, or special equipment can be quickly and clearly presented with individual dealer prices. Images, videos, and descriptions can be shown for each product, which include functions, added value, accessories, and planning tips. It is also linked to the assembly app “Snag Tal.” As an optional feature, there is a newsletter function so that training documents can be provided automatically.
The advantages of the “Digital Sales Manual” are obvious: The purchase decision is made easier for the customer, and thanks to error-free offers, it clarifies the process and eliminates most questions. Printed sales manuals are no longer necessary, saving paper not only to protect the environment, but also reducing financial and logistical costs. Renowned German manufacturers have already successfully implemented this intelligent configuration tool on the national and international market.
Product Finder: The Right Product is Just a Few Clicks Away
Companies that offer a wide range of products can use the “Product Finder” to help customers find what they need quickly and easily. The wealth of product functions and features — such as, for kitchen appliances and sinks — is systematically prepared and clearly visualized with all the information needed for sales. The feature provides comprehensive information from the manufacturers or dealers, such as explanations of technical terms, accessories pictures, and installation diagrams. This makes it easy to directly compare products, their added values, and prices. The data is constantly updated, including each dealer’s individual prices and discounts.
The “Product Finder” guides the customer precisely and intuitively to the desired product, and provides the information needed to prevent them from making a wrong purchase. More than 80 industry partners can be searched for standardized selectors, with a total of 1,400 selectors across all product groups. Customers even have the ability of double checking by receiving a list printout with the original images and product descriptions of their selection.
