It’s officially fall, and that means it’s the season to be cozy in the home. Here are 10 kitchens with beautiful fireplaces or cabin-inspired looks to welcome in the season:
Luxury minimalist was the design inspiration for this space by Elma Gardner, CMKBD. The master suite links to the bathroom that overlooks a pool outside. To add to the comfort the bathroom features heated seats, a Kohler Sok Effervescence Bath with Chromatherapy and teak.
With these oranges and browns it feels like fall foliage. Breck Dangler, CMKBD, designed this kitchen with entertaining in mind. He opened up a narrow entrance, added tons of storage and relocated the cooktop to the peninsula.
This outdoor kitchen is perfect for year-round company with covered spaces, a fireplace and heaters. Candace Nordquist, CMKBD, was tasked with connecting the space to a bay view and giving it a modern feel. The indoor fireplace is a custom three-sided glass model with no visible metal framing.

This contemporary kitchen was part of a whole house remodel that Doug Walter, CMKBD, and co-designer Katy Skyeboorana transformed into a larger, brightly lit space. The gas fireplace was added with the exterior brickwork brought inside to clad it. It features a floating precast concrete mantel and hearth.
