The deadline to submit Hall of Fame and national volunteer nominations is approaching. By Loren Kessell

Nominations for both NKBA’s Hall of Fame and national volunteer elections close Friday, September 30. These are chances to nominate an industry game changer or to step up as a leader within the industry.

Open national volunteer positions include:

  • Board of Directors (Two positions)
  • Chapter Leadership Committee (One position)
  • Leadership Recruitment Committee (One position)
  • KBIS Exhibitor Committee (Four positions)

To be eligible for the Board, LRC or CLC, candidates must be NKBA members in good standing. CLC applicants must be a current chapter officer or have previously served at least one full term as a chapter officer within the last two years. The applicant does not need to maintain officer status to remain in the Chapter Leadership Committee position. For the KBIS Exhibitor Committee, applicants must have been an exhibitor at KBIS 2022 and must commit to exhibit at KBIS 2023.

Submit national volunteer nominations here.

For the NKBA Hall of Fame, no self-nominations are accepted, and any nominations must be submitted by NKBA members. This honor recognizes professionals who have contributed to the growth, integrity, innovation and highest standards of the Association and the kitchen and bath industry as a whole.
