Wolf has a sleek alternative to its professional-style range that offers a modern upgrade for your kitchen. The Wolf Induction Range features clean lines, and it includes a completely integrated, full-color touch-control panel instead of knobs. It’s available in 30” and 36” widths for design and cooking flexibility
“Induction technology allows you to achieve consistent and precise results while offering speed, energy efficiency, and safety,” said Joel Chesebro, Head Demonstration Chef for Sub-Zero Group. “Unlike gas and electric cooktops, induction technology transfers heat directly to the cooking vessel with an almost instantaneous temperature response. The precise heat transfer impacts flavor dramatically when searing and sautéing.”
The Wolf Induction Range has a scratch-resistant ceramic glass cooking surface that makes for consistent and precise cooking across the temperature spectrum, and it achieves both powerful boils and gentle melts.
Wolf’s Dual VertiFlow™ convection system provides consistent multi-rack cooking with even heating to reduce hot and cold spots, and there are 10 cooking modes developed by Wolf chefs to assist the user. There is a Gourmet Mode with nearly 50 preset menu items to help take the guesswork out of cooking. Wi-Fi connectivity lets users remotely preheat, select modes, adjust oven temperatures and set alerts from any mobile device.
By providing the attention to detail with aesthetics and valuing the quality, Wolf offers luxury appliances that are built with premium grade-materials and designed to last a minimum of 20 years. To learn more about the company and its products, go here.
