The Association’s move to a new phone provider means the toll-free number will go dark for a few days.
The NKBA is transitioning to a new telephone provider, which means its 1-800 will not be available from Wednesday evening (7.20) to Friday (7.22). During the transition, all inquiries and requests should be sent to info@nkba.org and our Member Services team will respond in a timely manner.
The NKBA’s new toll-free number, 1-800-THE-NKBA (1-800-843-6522) is scheduled to be fully up and running by Saturday, July 23. The transition to a new phone provider is one of several shifts that the NKBA is undertaking as it prepares to move its headquarters to Bethlehem, PA., from the current location in Hackettstown, NJ. The move-in date to the new office is scheduled for November of this year.
