Meet NKBA’s latest Specialty Badge holders.

 

Congratulations to the following NKBA members on earning Specialty Badges!

Anthony Ramirez recently added the NKBA Cabinetry Specialty Badge to his credentials. He is a showroom specialist for Kitchen Tune-Up in Louisville, Ky., who switched his career a year-and-a-half ago from software development. He is part of the NKBA’s Kentuckiana chapter. Kalee Shomo earned the NKBA Cabinetry Specialty Badge. She is the lead interior designer for First State Building & Design, a kitchen and bath remodeling company located in Chadds Ford, Pa. She graduated from Arcadia University with a B.F.A. in Interior Design, and she studied abroad in several places, including the Glasgow School of Art in Scotland. NKBA Specialty Badges are a great way to communicate focused knowledge in a particular area of kitchen and bath remodeling, design, sales and technology. They are available to members of the NKBA across all segments. Currently, eight badges are available in Color, Lighting, Cabinetry, Sustainability, Floor Plans & Specifications, Remodeling, Sales & Marketing and Universal Design.
