The deadline to submit proposals for Voices from the Industry sessions is this Friday.
NKBA’s Voices from the Industry Conference at KBIS presents an invaluable opportunity for professional development and career growth. The conference features 80 sessions in five categories: Grow Your Business, Kitchen & Bath Specialty Training, Design, Management and Customer Service.
The NKBA will accept proposals through Friday, May 17.
To keep providing the highest standard of training and professionalism, NKBA needs your ideas and participation. We’re looking for VFTI presenters at KBIS 2020, happening Jan. 21-23 in Las Vegas.
If you’re an expert in a particular specialty of kitchen and bath design, remodeling, marketing or another related subject, visit www.nkba.org for requirements, application and guidelines and to submit a proposal.
Back again next year, NKBA will offer a special VFTI session directed at students enrolled in training programs for careers in the kitchen and bath industry. This may be conducted as an interactive lab or presentation-style. NKBA is soliciting themes and instructors for this session, which should be introductory in nature, touching on areas of interest to aspiring professionals. The same deadlines apply as for the general VFTI sessions. Students will have access to this special course at no charge.
VFTI speakers earn a complimentary VIP registration package including a show floor pass, VFTI Full Conference pass, entry to the Opening Keynote, a pass to the Design Competition Awards & Opening Party and a Bash ticket, all valued at over $400.
Being a VFTI presenter gets your brand and company out in front of the industry and raises your professional profile. Most sessions at KBIS 2019 were nearly full or sold out. But perhaps most gratifying is that VFTI is professionals sharing knowledge, teaching and nurturing one another. It’s part of what makes our industry special, and a great field in which to build a career.
