NKBA’s Professional Development series is continuing for 2018, starting with a free webinar about countertops Wednesday, Jan. 24.
Nenah Biffinger, a marketing representative of Cambria USA, will host a class entitled “Countertops and the Questions You Did Not Know to Ask” at noon (Eastern Time).
In this class, Biffinger will go beyond the basics and main surface options in countertops and discuss specific differences among these options. She’ll also offer strategies to gain clients’ confidence by helping them decide on the best fit for their lifestyle and preferences. This session goes beyond the initial “color and price” factors and will help the designer or remodeler to become a more insightful, effective and competent specifier.
The key is to do the harder work early, ask the right questions, and avoid unhappy callbacks. And, many (if not all) of the goals and topics covered here can be applied to other products and categories in design and building.
