NKBA’s international business development program welcomed six new member companies from Brazil, Italy, India, China and Vietnam in the second quarter of 2025.

NKBA Global Connect, an influential initiative that enhances communication and interaction among kitchen and bath industry members around the world and helps international companies to explore and prepare for a successful entry into the North American market, welcomed six new members to the program in the second quarter of 2025.

These companies hail from three continents and represent a wide array of business areas across the industry, including surface materials, sanitary products, kitchens, and lighting.

The new members are:

Meu Rodapé Ltda (Brazil). This Brazilian company, founded in 2017, manufactures decorative laminate coverings, trimmings, and other wall surfaces, like flexible stone cladding and self-adhesive slat panels. All manufacturing is done in its 3,000 square meter (10,000 square-foot) facility in Itajaí, Santa Catarina, Brazil.

Foshan Deson Sanitary Ware Co. (China). Foshan Deson Sanitary Ware, located in the manufacturing hub of southern China, specializes in built-in, freestanding and massage bathtubs. Established in 2004, it has grown to become one of the largest makers of acrylic tubs in China. It adheres to international manufacturing standards, following the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System. Its bathtubs pass American and European severe tests and have both CUPC and CE certification. 

Guangdong Wealwell Technology (China). Guangdong Wealwell Technology Co. Ltd., founded in 2000, develops, designs, manufactures, and markets intelligent toilets, smart toilet seats, water tanks and related toilet tank fittings. Wealwell owns two R&D centers in Xiamen City and Chaozhou City and a 70,000 square-meter (750,000 square foot) large-scale production workshop with first-class R&D system and strict product testing procedure, as well as advanced production line and testing equipment. Wealwell products have passed ETL, CE, CPUC, UL, SAA, FCC, CQC, and Watermark certifications, and its factory complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and BSCI International standardized management systems.

L&S Lighting (Italy). L&S Lighting, based in Italy’s Pordonone business hub, designs and produces a comprehensive range of LED lighting solutions, electrified structures, linear and track systems, integrated shelf lighting, panes, spots, high-efficiency strips, accessories and more. The company also has offices in China, Germany, and the U.S. It is focused on sustainable manufacturing processes and renewable energy sources and holds ISO 14001 certification for its production sites and headquarters in Germany.

Magppie (India). India-based Magppie produces wellness kitchens made of 100 percent stone, infused with silver and copper nano particles, with no wood, making them termite-free, antibacterial, fireproof, stain- and scratch-proof, and free from emitting illness-causing gasses or VOCs. Designs are custom tailored, fully washable, and durable. Products include cabinets, facias, countertops, and backsplashes.
