These informative sessions will introduce new-to- North America international brands to KBIS attendees at the International Hub in South Hall, SL-1113.

The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), representing more than 55,000 North American kitchen and bath industry professionals and the owners of the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), is proud to present brand spotlights, showcasing European exhibitors, as part of its NKBA Global Connect programming at KBIS 2025, Feb. 25 to 27 in Las Vegas.

NKBA Global Connect is designed to help manufacturers understand business practices in the North American kitchen and bath sector, reduce risk, and prepare for successful entry into the market. The international pavilions at KBIS are sponsored by governments and trade ministries from nations including Germany, Italy, the UK, and Brazil. Pavilions, in addition to individual international exhibiting brands, have the opportunity to participate in Global Connect Spotlight presentations on behalf of their brands or industry associations. Global Connect Spotlight presentations take place in the Global Connect Lounge, #SL1113, the international hub in South Hall.

UK and Italian Spotlights –  Tuesday, February 25 

LuAnn Nigara, NKBA Global Connect Advisor and president of LuAnn Nigara Inc., will host the first series of rapid-fire Spotlight presentations introducing new-to-North America international kitchen and bath brands.  The UK’s Bathroom Manufacturers Association (BMA – UK), a Global Connect Strategic Alliance Partner and sponsor of the BMA-UK Pavilion (Booth #SL2115) in South Hall, will share Spotlight presentations from member companies Hidealoo, maker of space-saving toilets; Thomas Crapper, a manufacturer of a full range of bathroom fixtures; Whitebirk Sinks, which produces handmade luxury ceramic sinks; Ellsi Limited, a maker of faucets, sinks and shower fittings for kitchen and bath; and Grant Westfield which makes waterproof bathroom panels.

Italian ventilation and extractor company Falmec, an NKBA Global Connect member, will offer a Spotlight on its range hoods with its trademarked Noise Reduction System (NRS™).

ANIMA/AVR, an Italian national trade association representing valve and tap manufacturers and a member of Anima Confidustria, an umbrella organization of industrial trade associations, is sponsoring the Italian Pavilion in the South Hall, Booth #SL1125.   AVR, a NKBA Global Connect Strategic Alliance Partner will share its work in technological innovations driving the health, safety of water delivery systems and products.

 German and CEDIA Integrated Technology Spotlights – Wednesday, February 26 

Day 2 of NKBA Global Connect Spotlights in the Global Connect Lounge will be hosted by Greg Rohl, a Global Connect Advisor and principal of The Rohl Model. A select number of companies from the Made in Germany Pavilion, managed by German trade associations AMK and VDM, including sink manufacturer Blanco, celebrating its 100th year in business; Häcker (#N3451), a manufacturer of modern European Kitchen Furniture; and Wasserwerk, a brand of faucets made by W. Kirchhoff (#N3263). The German Pavilion comprises Booths #N3351, #N3263, #N3250, #N3051, #N3451, #N3063, #N3039, and #N3271 in North Hall.

SCHOTT (Booth #SL8027), a NKBA Global Connect member and a German multinational glass company specializing in the manufacture of glass and glass-ceramics will speak to innovative cooktop surface technology and other applications for the home.

Wendy Griffiths, SVP Membership and Global Development of CEDIA, a NKBA Global Connect Strategic Alliance Partner, will present “CEDIA: Empowering Architects & Designers in the Smart Homes Era”, sharing the opportunities for learning and collaboration with the organization.

Presentations start at 10 am in the Global Connect Lounge each day and will be followed by a brief Q&A.
